Livestrong Challenge in Dripping Springs, Texas
the other day. I rode 65 miles in the hill country
outside of Austin. I was humbled by the sight of
4,000 people who turned out to support the efforts
of the Lance Armstrong Foundation, including The
Man himself. I was reminded of a couple of
fundamental truths. First, when we help others,
we help ourselves. Second, there is nothing we
cannot accomplish together. Thanks to everyone
who rode, volunteered and cheered or waved as
we rode by. Maybe someday we will see the end
of cancer...together.
